Janusz Jerzy Gajos (ur. 23 września 1939 w Dąbrowie Górniczej) – polski aktor teatralny i filmowy; profesor sztuk teatralnych, pedagog i fotograf . Uznawany za jednego z najwybitniejszych polskich aktorów. Laureat wielu wyróżnień, w tym nagród publiczności oraz odznaczeń.
Gajos ist einer der bedeutendsten Theater- und Filmschauspieler Polens. Seine Ausbildung erhielt er an der Filmhochschule Łódź. Seit 1964 spielte er in zahlreichen Film- und Fernseh-Produktionen mit. Große Popularität erlangte er nicht zuletzt durch die Rolle des Jan „Janek“ Kos in der polnischen Fernsehserie Vier Panzersoldaten und ein Hund .

Janusz Gajos is a versatile and acclaimed actor who has appeared in movies such as Three Colors: White and Clergy, and TV shows such as The Butler and The Mire. He is also a professor of theatre arts and an honorary doctor of film, television and theatre school in Lodz.
The heroic commander of the tank ‘Rudy’ 102, which was fighting against the Nazi invader at the side of the ‘fraternal’ Soviet Army, became a genuine idol for younger audiences. Meetings with the ‘soldiers’ from ‘Rudy’ were organised at stadiums, schools and cultural centres.
