5. Jan. 2024 · High concentration electrolytes (HCEs) and localized high concentration electrolytes (LHCEs) have emerged as promising candidates to enable higher energy density Li-ion batteries due to their advantageous interfacial properties that result from their unique solvent structures.
6. März 2024 · High-concentration electrolytes (HCE) and localized high-concentration electrolytes (LHCE) with high salt/solvent ratios minimize the population of labile-free ether molecules by using...
13. Juni 2022 · Localized high-concentration electrolytes (LHCEs) have attracted interest in alkali metal batteries due to the advantages of forming stable solid-electrolyte interphases (SEIs) on anodes and good chemical/electrochemical stability.
8. Juli 2020 · We study the liquid structure and electronic properties in dilute electrolytes, high concentration electrolytes (HCE), and localized high concentration electrolytes (LHCE), with focus on electrolyte formulations based on lithium bis (fluorosulfonyl)imide (LiFSI), dimethyl carbonate (DMC), and bis (2,2,2-trifluoroethyl) ether (BTFE) as a diluent.

6. Nov. 2023 · These intermingling miscibility effects have temperature dependencies, wherein a typical localized high-concentration electrolyte peaks in localized cluster salt concentration near room...
1. Sept. 2023 · LHCE is formed by diluting a high concentration electrolyte (usually close to saturation) with a non-solvating solvent that has a low donor number. We propose a modified concept of LHCE, called "localized electrolyte (LE)," optimized for Li-ion batteries with a graphite anode and Ni-rich cathode.
