25. Juni 2022 · Paris smell almost ruined my trip. I just traveled to Paris for the first time. It was actually my first time outside of the U.S.. when I arrived I was immediately hit with a sickening smell - a very thick, sweet, nauseating smell. For the first two days of my trip, it was so unbearable that I thought I was going to have to stay in the hotel.

Paris est un musée à ciel ouvert. Déambuler dans les rues de la capitale, admirer ce qui nous entoure et profiter des parcs est déjà une activité en soi.
Paris definitely has nicer architecture and more interesting history, imo. Not to mention better food and, while an expensive city, is still more affordable than London. There also seems to be a Metro station everywhere and the metro is much easier to navigate through for a noob than London's. Paris also seems to still have more of that ...
Hi, will be in Paris in August 24 - looking at the Versailles Night Fountain Show - site says that it is on every Saturday night but when I try to book a ticket for the first two Sat nights in August - no tickets are available to buy. Cannot find any mention of these two dates being excluded.
