In USA ist "State" eine relevante Info. In Kanada ist (anscheinend) die Provinz relevante Info. In Deutschland ist das Bundesland KEINE relevante Info, sondern nur der starr übertragene Formalismus. Wenn denn die Auswertung zwingend einen Eintrag in dem Feld "state/province" verlangt... Dann muss man so ein Feld wohl auch im Deutschland vorsehen.

Provinzen und einige Gebiete mit Sonderstatus alle Abkürzungen, die aus zwei Buchstaben bestehen. In Deutschland wird das Bundesland nicht in der Anschrift angegeben.
