Jane Siberry ou Issa (née le 12 octobre 1955 à Toronto 1) est une chanteuse et une compositrice canadienne. Elle a eu des succès de musique new wave dans les années 1980, notamment pour les chansons Mimi on the Beach, I Muse Aloud. Elle a obtenu le Prix Lynch-Staunton en 2005 . Depuis juin 2006, elle a changé son nom pour s'appeler Issa.
