Williamstown Theatre Festival’s 2022 Season marked our return to indoor stages for the first time since 2019! The season showcased innovative and engaging productions, including the thrilling new comedy Man of God, the evocative musical event Most Happy in Concert, the WTF-commissioned world premiere we are continuous, and the Off-Broadway hit comedy Just For Us.

März 2022 · In 1955, the festival’s very first year, an Eagle headline hailed the dedication of production crews: “120-hour work week doesn’t faze eager beavers who work at Williamstown Summer Theater.” The story states that crews worked around the clock for three days straight — a tradition that hadn’t changed much over the course of the festival’s nearly 70-year history.
