Arthur Windham Baldwin, 3rd Earl Baldwin of Bewdley was a British businessman, RAF officer, and author. His books included a combative defence of the posthumous reputation of his father, Stanley Baldwin, the former prime minister of the UK, in which he severely criticised several leading historians of the time.
Arthur Windham Baldwin, 3rd Earl Baldwin of Bewdley (22 March 1904 – 5 July 1976) was a British insurance company director and World War II RAF officer. He was the son of Stanley Baldwin , 1st Earl of Baldwin of Bewdley and Lucy Ridsdale.
Baldwin wurde am 3. Januar 1938 als Sohn von Arthur Baldwin, 3. Earl Baldwin of Bewdley (1904–1976) und Joan Elspeth Tomes († 1980) geboren. Er besuchte das Eton College und verließ es 1961 mit dem Bachelor of Arts. Er studierte dann am Trinity College an der University of Oxford Moderne Sprachen und Rechtswissenschaften.

Educated at Eton, which he hated, Baldwin left as soon as he could.

He m. 1970 Sarah MacMurray JAMES (died 2001) and had issue: 3 sons, incl. Benedict Alexander Stanley BALDWIN (born 1973) who succeeds as the 5th Earl. I am not aware of any issue of these 3 sons, the youngest of whom was born 1980.
