A film so wildly under-appreciated that I can't help but be an advocate for it. I'm typically not a fan of the plot element here regarding a woman's worth as it pertains to her reproductive abilities. The difference, however, is that this story is told from the female perspective. That sort of reclamation of her own story is powerful and demands greater appreciation.
