16. Apr. 2023 · Rasim Delić je prvi u Armiji RBiH imenovan u čin generala od Vrhovne komande oružanih snaga (Predsjedništva RBiH) u decembru 1993. godine. Nakon završetka rata u Bosni i Hercegovini Rasim Delić je bio komandant Zajedničke komande Vojske Federacije BiH, sve do penzionisanja u septembru 2000. godine.

Dana 24. augusta 1995., iz l ogora Kamenica prebačeni su u KP Dom (zatvor) u Zenici. Rasim Delić je bio obaviješten da su vojnic i ABiH iz odreda ‘El Mudžahid’ bili skloni vršenju krivičnih djela, naročito zločina nad zarobljenim n eprijateljskim borcima icivilima, te da je odred ‘ Mudžahid’ upravljao logorom Kamenica.
Rasim Delić is one of the most senior military commanders of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be tried before the Tribunal. He was indicted on 16 February 2005 on four counts of violations of laws and customs of war and voluntarily surrendered on 27 February. Rasim Delić (4 February 1949 – 16 April 2010) was the Chief of Staff of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was a career officer in the Yugoslav National Army but left the army when Yugoslavia dissolved.
