The Uncanny Film Festival and Camp Meeting A hosted horror movie show with Gailard Sartain as "Dr. Mazeppa Pompazoidi" presenting movies on at late night weekends on KTUL-TV, Channel 8 Tulsa, Oklahoma between July 1971 until the summer of 1973.
Leben. Sartain besuchte zunächst die Will Rogers High School, danach die University of Tulsa, welche er als Bachelor of Fine Arts abschloss. Danach arbeitete er zunächst als Kameramann für den örtlichen Fernsehsender und moderierte später im Nachtprogramm die Sendung The Uncanny Film Festival and Camp Meeting, in der B-Movies ausgestrahlt wurden.
