17. Dez. 2015 · Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add frozen peas, green onions, and mint; cook and stir until peas are hot and tender but still bright green, 7 to 10 minutes. Pour into a bowl and mash until peas are thoroughly crushed but still slightly chunky. Add butter, brown sugar, salt, and pepper; stir until butter melts and sugar dissolves.
Method: Peel and dice the potatoes. Pressure cook them with water until they are done. Around 5-8 minutes or 2-3 whistles. Wash the broccoli thoroughly and add it along with the peas to the pressure cooker and cook for 3-5 minutes or 1 whistle. Drain and leave aside to cool for 5 minutes.
