St Edmund's School Canterbury is a private day and boarding school located in Canterbury, Kent, England and established in 1749. The extensive school grounds were acquired in 1855. The school currently caters for girls and boys aged 3–18, including the Choristers of Canterbury Cathedral.

There are six key entry points to St Edmund’s School Canterbury – Nursery, Reception, Year 3, Year 7, Lower Fifth (Year 9) and Lower Sixth (Year 12). However, pupils are also admitted into other year groups where places are available.
Our spectacular chapel was completed in 1858 and the school was renamed St Edmund’s School in 1897 after the Archbishop of Canterbury St Edmund of Abingdon. Over time, the school has grown considerably, evolving and modernising its provision.
**The St Edmund’s School Carol Service in Canterbury Cathedral – Wednesday 13th December 2023 at 7.30pm ^ Good Friday is Friday 29 March 2024 and Easter Monday is Monday 1 April 2024. Early May Bank Holiday is Monday 6 May 2024 and will be a normal school day for SS and JS (but not the PP).
