Plot. Roberto Cordova is a middle-aged Neapolitan doctor who has to go to America for a major surgery. He is afraid he will die, so asks his friend Michele to let him sleep with his beautiful Swedish wife, Frida, as his last wish. Michele loves Frida, but agrees, and so does Frida. Roberto's operation succeeds and he survives, but seven months ...
Roberto is a philandering doctor who has always held a soft spot in his heart for the beautiful Frida. However, Frida is married to his best friend, Michele. Roberto is diagnosed with a serious heart ailment and must travel to America for major surgery, which he has a slim chance of surviving. Before Roberto leaves, he asks Michele for one final favor-permission to make love to his wife.
