I think the film could’ve been even better if it had delved into the psychological aspect of sleep paralysis. It certainly focused more on the scary side of it, which is effective and makes for a great watch, but in the end I still wanted more. A great watch. Luckily I’m watching this through the middle of the day. The re-enactments, so scary.
