Peter Frampton. Grammy Award winner British vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter. Born April 22, 1950 in Beckenham, Kent, United Kingdom. Aged 14, he was playing with a band called the Trubeats followed by a band called The Preachers (5) (disbanded in September 1966). In 1969, he joined with Steve Marriott to form Humble Pie.
Peter Frampton at Royal Albert Hall released September 1st on CD and digital. The live record features highlights from his 2022 sold out show in London at the legendary venue. Peter Frampton originally hails from the city of Beckenham, Kent, England. After enjoying success with his band Humble Pie , Peter Frampton left the group and embarked on a solo career. After three studio albums, Peter Frampton would become a household name when his live album Frampton Comes Alive would become one of the biggest-selling live albums of all time in 1976.
