The McGuire Sisters are Christine McGuire, Dorothy McGuire and Phyllis McGuire. They were born in Middletown, Ohio. They sang at church performances, and were discovered by an talent agent who heard them sing at a revival meeting in Dayton. The trio disbanded after a performance on "The Ed Sullivan Show" in 1968. Phyllis continued to perform solo.
