Biographie. Spiro Theodore Agnew, né Theodore Spiro Anagnostopoulos, le 9 novembre 1918 à Baltimore dans le Maryland et décédé le 17 septembre 1996 à Berlin (en) dans le Maryland, a été gouverneur du Maryland et le 39e vice-président des États-Unis d'Amérique, de 1969 à 1973, durant le premier mandat présidentiel de Richard Nixon et une partie du second mandat.
