27. Nov. 2007 · Futurama: Bender's Big Score takes place a few years after Futurama Volume 4 leaves off. The film will be enjoyable to fans of the show. As a big fan of the series it would have been difficult for anything to fully live up to my expectations for this film but it was very enjoyable and the more I watch it the more I enjoy it.
Bender's Big Score: Part 1: Directed by Dwayne Carey-Hill. With Billy West, Katey Sagal, John DiMaggio, Tress MacNeille. The crew fall for a scam while relaxing on the Nude Beach planet and end up losing both Planet Express and Bender.
Bender’s Big Score is the first of four feature length films that make up the show’s fifth season. The film follows up Futurama’s heart wrenchingly tragic original series finale, “The Devil’s Hands are Idle Playthings” in which Fry and Leela’s relationship is a main focal point and ends with the pair kissing.
