Each year St Anne’s welcomes up to 40 'Study Abroad' Visiting Students, who spend up to a year experiencing the academic and social life of an Oxford College. How to apply We welcome applications from undergraduate students studying outside the UK, with a minimum grade point average of 3.7 (out of 4) or equivalent.

Boarding. St Anne's is a predominantly residential boarding school that also provides a value-added experience for our day boarders. Designed to be a space that girls can happily call 'home', our well-equipped boarding facilities are situated on peaceful and scenic grounds, the ideal environment for the holistic education, unique bonds and lifelong friendships for which St Anne's is renowned.
The St Anne’s Society acquired a royal charter as St Anne’s College in 1952, and in 1959 full college status along with the other women’s colleges. Meanwhile student numbers grew to nearly 300, which called for more accommodation and led to the construction of the Wolfson and Rayne buildings in 1964 and 1968.
