Bruce Welch. Bruce Welch (født Bruce Cripps 2. november 1941 i Bognor Regis) OBE er en engelsk rytmeguitarist kendt fra den engelske instrumentalgruppe The Shadows. Bruce Welch kom i 1958 til London og deltog i en amatør konkurrence med gruppen The Railroaders, der også inkluderede Hank Marvin, som skulle blive leadguitarist i The Shadows.
