Philip Chapman Lesh (født 15. mars 1940 i Berkeley i California) er en amerikansk musiker og en av grunnleggerne av Grateful Dead, hvor han spilte bassgitar i 30 år. Etter at Grateful Dead ble oppløst i 1995 har Lesh, sammen med andre medlemmer av bandet, spilt i forskjellige sideprosjekter, som Phil Lesh and Friends, som spiller mange av de samme sangene som Grateful Dead gjorde.
