  2. Bedales School is a co-educational private boarding and day school in Hampshire, England, founded in 1893 by John Haden Badley and Amy Badley. It has a non-denominational approach, a secular curriculum, and a cosmopolitan intake of students and staff.

    The school offers GCSEs, A-Levels, and its own curriculum called BACs. Bedales School achieves consistently good academic results despite not being overly selective.     Bedales School strength lies in its unparalleled creative offer. Music, drama, dance, the arts and design are all excellent here. In fact, you'll be hard-pressed to find better in the UK! Bedales School's strong focus on individualism is another strong suit. Pupils are encouraged to develop their individual personalities and question the world.

    Some families feel that the other side of the coin of Bedales School's encouragement of individualism is that pupils misuse it. However, this seems to be a minority view!
