Stanley George Wojcicki (/ ˌ v uː ɪ ˈ tʃ ɪ t s k i / VOO-ih-CHITS-kee; born Stanisław Jerzy Wójcicki, Polish: [vujˈt͡ɕit͡skʲi]; March 30, 1937 – May 31, 2023) was a Polish American physicist and former chair of the physics department at Stanford University in California.
Stanley G. Wojcicki died on May 31, 2023, at his condo in Los Altos at age 86. He still maintained his home on the Stanford campus.
