James Firman Daly (* 23. Oktober 1918 in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin; † 3. Juli 1978 in Nyack, New York) war ein US-amerikanischer Film- und Theaterschauspieler.
James Daly was an American actor who starred in theater, film, and TV shows, such as Medical Center and Planet of the Apes. He was also a Camel spokesman, a radio host, and a gay man who came out to his son Tim Daly.

He was set on acting from an early age, and was strongly encouraged by his parents. His father was in the fuel business and his mother at one time a CIA employee.
