Green Onions is the debut album by Booker T. & the M.G.'s, released on Stax Records in October 1962. It reached number 33 on the pop album chart in the month of its release.
Booker has also included another slice of Green Onions in a new tune which he wrote especially for the album, Mo' Onions, as well as an original down-home blues, Behave Yourself. For everyone who has been mystified by the billing used by Booker T.
