David C. Lewis (1940 – June 7, 2021) born in Seattle, Washington, was an American multi-instrumentalist best known as the keyboardist and composer with the American soft-rock band Ambrosia and the group Shadowfax.

David Lewis (born 1940, Seattle, Washington, USA - died 7 June 2021) was an American keyboardist and composer. He was a member of Shadowfax from 1984-90, during which the band won a Grammy in 1988. He also was a member of Ambrosia (2) from 1978 to 1982 and again from 2005 to 2009.
