Nicholas Hammond (born 15 May 1950) is an American and Australian actor and writer who is best known for his roles as Friedrich von Trapp in the film The Sound of Music and as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the 1970s television series The Amazing Spider-Man.

Nicholas Hammond is an American-born actor who starred in The Sound of Music (1965) as Friedrich von Trapp. He also appeared in Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles (2001), Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood (2019), and Stealth (2005).
