Christine Béranger-Goitschel (born 9 June 1944) is a former French alpine skier. She is the elder sister of fellow champion skier Marielle Goitschel and the aunt of the former speed skier Philippe Goitschel. Her sister Patricia was a national junior champion in the slalom in 1964.
Bei den Olympischen Spielen 1964 in Innsbruck wurde sie Olympiasiegerin im Riesenslalom und gewann hinter ihrer Schwester Christine Goitschel (* 1944) die Silbermedaille im Slalom. Dazu gewann sie die Kombinationswertung, die allerdings nur als Weltmeisterschafts- und nicht als Olympiadisziplin zählte.
Christine Goitschel recorded the second best time of the first run, only lying 76 hundredths behind her sister Marielle. Christine prevailed in the second run and earned the gold medal, while Marielle took the silver medal.

Christine Goitschel was a gold medalist in slalom and a silver medalist in giant slalom at the 1964 Winter Olympics. She also won the giant slalom at the 1964 World Championships and co-founded the ski resort of Val Thorens with her husband.
