Daniel Joseph Clancy [1] (born January 11, 1964) is an American technologist and computer scientist. After working at NASA, he was the engineering director for Google Book Search from 2005 to early 2014. [2] From 2014 to 2018, Clancy was Vice President of product and engineering at social networking service Nextdoor.
