Er ist bekannt für seine außerordentlichen Entführungen, Begegnungen, Sichtungen und Dokumentationen mit und von Aliens. Seine erste Begegnung mit UFOs erlebte Romanek im Jahre 2000.

Als ich das erste Mal einen äußerst kurzen Ausschnitt aus Stan Romaneks Video sah, in dem ein Alien durch ein Fenster blickte, war ich erst einmal höchst skeptisch. Ich konnte mir nur schwer vorstellen, dass dies authentisch sein könnte.
