Brief Synopsis. In this latest filming of the famed weeper (the seventh version), Tuesday Weld -- who replaced Susan Blakely -- is the woman who had married into a prominent family and subsequently is forced by her mother-in-law (Eleanor Parker) to abandon her beloved husband and daughter to protect them from shame.
