All in all, ‘This Modern Man is Beat’ is a great piece of cinematography that combines the beat feels of Kerouack’s ‘On the Road’ and the literary cuts of Burroughs ‘s ‘Naked lunch’. It is truly something you shouldn’t miss. Review written by Vlad A.G.

10/10. This Modern Man Is Beat Review. stefanosbert 8 April 2021. This Modern Man Is Beat is truly a great short film, but its theme is quite saddening. The film is about Habib, the main character, who is a young man that is currently going through a lot of things in his life.
