  4. American arranger - producer - conductor - composer. Born in Newark, New Jersey on August 24, 1938. Started his career in the 50's along with Frankie Valli in The Four Lovers, first replacing Nick Massi on bass from 1965 to 1966, and then becoming the arranger for The Four Seasons later on.
