Emilia Strong Sykes (born January 4, 1986) is an American politician who is the U.S. representative for Ohio's 13th congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party, she formerly represented the 34th district of the Ohio House of Representatives, which consists of portions of the Akron area.

She is on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024. She advanced from the Democratic primary on March 19, 2024. Sykes served as state House minority leader from 2019 to 2021.
