Antoine Kesia-Mbe Mindua (born 31 December 1956 in Mushie, Belgian Congo) is a Congolese lawyer who is currently a judge of the International Criminal Court. He was previously a judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
Since 2009, he is Professor at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations. Finally, from 2016 to date, he has been Judge of the ICC in The Hague and Second Vice-President since 2021.
He teaches Public International Law and International Criminal Law. Judge Mindua is the Second Vice-President of the ICC. He studied law and political science in Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of the Congo), in Nancy and Strasbourg (France), and in Geneva (Switzerland).
