Uchida Kōsai. Hakushaku Uchida Kōsai, auch Uchida Yasuya (japanisch 内田 康哉; * 17. November 1865 in der Provinz Higo; † 12. März 1936 in Tokio), war ein japanischer Diplomat und Politiker.
Count Uchida Kōsai (内田 康哉, 17 November 1865 – 12 March 1936) was a statesman, diplomat and interim prime minister, active in Meiji, Taishō and Shōwa period Japan. He was also known as Uchida Yasuya .
He became president of the South Manchuria Railways Company in 1931. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Saito Cabinet in 1932. He earned himself the nickname of the Uchida Shodo Gaiko on occasion of his parliamentary replies over the issue of the endorsement of Manchukuo.
Following Hara's assassination on November 4, 1921, Uchida Kōsai served as acting Prime Minister from November 4 to 13, 1921.
