Brooks Phillip Victor Newmark (born 8 May 1958) was a British Conservative politician and is a former Member of Parliament and minister. He was elected as the Member of Parliament for Braintree in the 2005 general election and stood down at the 2015 general election.
Brooks Newmark is a partner in education, a charity that works with Rwandan teachers, and a member of the Government's Rough Sleeper's Advisory Panel. He is also a former MP and a social reform campaigner.
Brooks Newmark is a businessman, philanthropist, politician and social reform campaigner. Brooks is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Oxford, and a former politician who held a number of senior roles in the UK parliament over the course of a decade.
