Robert Darcy, 4th Earl of Holderness, PC (17 May 1718 – 16 May 1778), known before 1721 as Lord Darcy and Conyers, was a British diplomat and politician.
The title Earl of Holderness also known as Holdernesse existed in the late 11th and early 12th centuries as a feudal lordship and was officially created three times in the Peerage of England namely in 1621, in 1644 as a subsidiary title to that of the then-Duke of Cumberland and in 1682.

Earl of Holderness (auch Holdernesse) war ein erblicher britischer Adelstitel, benannt nach der englischen Landschaft Holderness, der dreimal in der Peerage of England verliehen wurde.
Robert Darcy, 4. Earl of Holderness hatte unter anderem von 1751 bis 1761 in verschiedenen Regierungen das Amt eines Secretary of State inne. Als er 1778 ohne überlebende männliche Nachkommen starb, starb die Familie in direkter männlicher Erbfolge aus und der Titel Earl of Holderness erlosch.
