Rosemary Anne DiCarlo (born 1947) is an American diplomat who has served as United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs since May 2018.
Rosemary DiCarlo is the head of the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (DPPA) at the United Nations. She advises the Secretary-General on peace and security issues globally and oversees field-based political missions and electoral assistance.
