İsmail Cem (15 Şubat 1940, İstanbul - 24 Ocak 2007, İstanbul), Türk siyasetçi ve gazeteci. 1997 ile 2002 yılları arasında Türkiye Dışişleri Bakanı olarak görev yaptı. Suikast sonucu hayatını kaybeden gazeteci-yazar Abdi İpekçi ile kuzenlerdir.
