Jan Harlan was Kubrick's researcher, confidant, and producer for 30 years. He directed the documentary Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures and curated a travelling exhibition of Kubrick's work.
Jan Harlan is the son-in-law of Stanley Kubrick and the producer or director of several of his movies, such as A.I. Artificial Intelligence, A Clockwork Orange and Eyes Wide Shut. He was born in Germany in 1937 and has won two awards and received one nomination.
