Cardinal Arthur Roche is the Prefect of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments. He was born in England in 1950 and ordained a priest in 1975. He served as a bishop in Leeds and Westminster, and as a secretary of the Congregation for Divine Worship.
