Philip Dybvig is a professor of banking and finance and economic sciences at Olin Business School. He is known for his Diamond-Dybvig model of bank runs and liquidity creation, and has published several books and articles in leading journals.
Philip H. Dybvig delivered his prize lecture on 8 December 2022 at the Aula Magna, Stockholm University. He was introduced by Professor John Hassler, member of the Committee for the Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel.
