John Buscema (* 11. Dezember 1927 in Brooklyn; † 10. Januar 2002 in Port Jefferson, New York) war ein US-amerikanischer Comiczeichner für Marvel Comics in den 1960er und 1970er Jahren. Sein Bruder Sal Buscema ist ebenfalls ein Comic-Künstler.
Buscema is best known for his run on the series The Avengers and The Silver Surfer, and for over 200 stories featuring the sword-and-sorcery hero Conan the Barbarian. In addition, he pencilled at least one issue of nearly every major Marvel title, including long runs on two of the company's top magazines, Fantastic Four and Thor .
Buscema spent a year in a half as the youngest artist in the Timely bullpen (until it was dissolved) with a steady diet of crime, romance and western (end even western-romance) stories. An early highlight is his work on the Tex Morgan title (#'s 4,5,6,7).
