Il y a 4 mois. Our company name and brand is a restricted brand. We are using our company name as the brand. We have a logo printed on product labels that includes our brand name. But Amazon doesn't approve the brand saying it is a restricted brand. So we can't list the products on Amazon. We are a fresh company, started selling 1 week ago.

14. Aug. 2024 · The used copy was 40 pence cheaper than the new one so to satisfy the Amazon price fixing monster I reduced the new price by 40p to match the used DVD - but the New one remains closed. Amazon is just broken so I have removed the new stock and listed it on ebay.
Slightly going off topic here but a serious move by Amazon is the ‘Affected Listings’ email that we have received. Basically, if you do not agree to Amazon’s ridiculously low price suggestion then Amazon will not allow your listings to be clearly seen - they will throttle them. We checked 1 of our listings and sure enough…
Apple and Samsung have also whitelisted their brand for sale on Amazon unless those sellers can prove (with invoices, valid sales). Amazon looks like it is not the place to sell these items anymore. Yeah, that'll work - insult the Mods and throw some abuse at them. Guaranteed to fix it, mark my words. 😶.
