My Amazon UK Account was deactivated after a business name change. I’ve spent hours sending in the documentation they have requested and they will not respond. If you do not meet the UK establishment criteria: Verify that you are not established in the UK. Amazon responded back with same 2 emails again and i responded similarly that since Amazon seller accounts provides the option to register for US account as well from a single email therefore we registered for Amazon US after registration of Amazon UK seller account.
