Floyd „Red Crow“ Westerman (* 17. August 1936 in South Dakota; † 13. Dezember 2007 in Los Angeles) war ein US-amerikanischer Sänger, Schauspieler und indianischer Aktivist des American Indian Movement (AIM).
After establishing a career as a country music singer, later in his life he became an actor, usually depicting Native American elders in American films and television. He is also credited as Floyd Red Crow Westerman. [1] As a political activist, he spoke and marched for Native American causes.

Red Crow’s last endeavor again merged his own life experiences with his distinctive brand of artistry. With his most recent series of bronze sculptures, he beautifully recreated the most sacred spiritual Lakota/Dakota “Sacred Pipe,” as well as busts of the greatest, most influential leaders in Native American history.
