Carysfort National School is a co-educational primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin. The school was established by the Sisters of Mercy in 1895 and is situated on Convent Road, off Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock.

Facilities. Twenty three classrooms. All classrooms equipped with Interactive Whiteboards/Protouch Screens. 7 Learning Support Rooms. All Weather Pitch and All Weather Senior Playground. Soft surface covered Junior Yard. General purpose room/PE hall. The Club@carysfort on-site childcare facility.
Carysfort National School was established by the Sisters of Mercy in 1895. The school is situated on Convent Road Blackrock, close to the U.C.D Business College. It is fully recognised as a primary school by the Department of Education and is supervised and supported by a Board of Management.
