Duane Roland (December 3, 1952 – June 19, 2006) was an American guitarist for the Southern hard rock band Molly Hatchet. He was a member of the band from its founding in the mid-1970s until his departure in 1990.

On June 19, 2006 guitarist Duane Roland died at his home in St. Augustine, Florida, also at the age of 53. His death was listed as being of "natural causes" according to a June 25, 2006, obituary in The Boston Globe. In the spring of 2006, David "Dino" Ramsey filled in on vocals for an ill McCormack.
