In Evil Spirits Black plays a landlady who commits welfare fraud by murdering all her tenants and collecting their disability cheques. As people start catching on to her shadiness, she’s forced to kill them too. Oh, I almost forgot. She’s guided by the voice of her dead husband inside her head.
